I came in several times doing my research amongst all of the dealers/truck manufacturers and Aaron spent as much time as needed (hours usually) every time I came in and helped answer all of my questions. When it came time to purchase my new 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel Craig and Aaron found the exact vehicle that I wanted and worked with me to get a great deal on the truck. The paperwork was easy to do and they worked great with me when I was trading in my 2012 Rubicon. They have worked great getting the additional accessory added to my truck and look forward to future business and the free car washes that come with the new truck. More

Just FYI, I didn't go out looking for a jeep to be told about your policy's. I went out looking for a new jeep to buy. Chad was able to go through the jeep they had in stock with great knowledge. He showed me how the front 2 pieces of the 3 piece hardtop came off. I was even able to assist and verify that this is something I could do on my own. He explained the different capabilities of the rubicon and let me be hands on with the buttons and removal of items within the jeep. At the end, I could definitely appreciate the price tag because I understood the quality of the jeep. My only criticism..... Sorry but I gave you the VIN number and information on the jeep that I liked. You got it for me which was great. But, lesson to myself as well, I wish you could have looked up the features of the jeep with the VIN number and compared it to the jeep you showed me. Then..informed me how my jeep was different then the one you showed me that night. I did explain to you my frustration with the lack of knowledge from the other dealership. ??So I was not clear on my jeeps internal features prior to you getting it. I know you said "well this is the jeep you wanted" , yes true and still is but felt a little side swiped that when the jeep came some of the features you talked about were not on my jeep. That feeling could have easily been avoided had you just looked at the features of the jeep I requested and informed me how not all rubicons have certain features. I would have still purchased it. And I did purchase it! Sorry to criticize a little. But I know you saw hesitation on my purchase day. Still you were more knowledgeable and passionate than any other person I talked to. Thanks for that! More

Everyone here is so nice and are not just trying to be the better dealership....I mean they want to sell you a car but won't shove one down your throat to make you buy it. I went to other dealerships in town but they seemed to be the only ones that didn't give me that feeling of being forced to buy something right then and there. Definitely the place to go if you want a great...and fun!...car shopping experience! I loved working with Joe but did talk with other dealers just passing by or seeing them with other customers and they all are great. More

From the moment you walk in to when you drive off in your new car, these guys have every aspect covered with professionalism, kindness and courtesy. These people are superb. I was very impressed. Buying a new car is usually an unpleasant experience as many people will attest to. It was years since I bought a new car and the last time the experience (at a different dealership) was unpleasant to say the least as was pretty much every one of my previous purchases at other dealerships. Just the thought of buying a car became something I dreaded, even hated . Now it's fun to buy a new car and I look forward to my next purchase at Taylor. In my opinion, these folks have totally redefined what buying a new card should be like. I was so happy with everything that I came back and bought a 2nd new car for my wife the following day. More

They took their time helping and figuring out the right vehicle for me. Great friendly car salesman even the guys behind the wall working on numbers. Craig was awesome as well, I know he did what he could do for me to help me leave with a new car. He even came and talked with me about the best options for my budget. I am very pleased with my new car (jeep patriot) that I love. I'm already telling my friends who are looking for a new car where to go and who to see. I will definitely be going back in the future!!! I would rate a 10 if possible. More
