However, My husband and I had an amazing experience with Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We went into this not knowing exactly what we wanted in a Jeep. However, we quickly met Aaron Hendershot. He walked around with us until we found what we wanted, but not the color we wanted. Aaron showed great patience with us as we had a lot of questions for him. The dealership had to search for the exact color we wanted, and they did just that until they found the perfect one. We were also working with Bryan Davis and they both went above and beyond to get the deal done. While we were waiting for the jeep to be delivered to Taylor, Aaron and Bryan answered every question we had. They helped us figure out the best tires and rims, as well as a soft top. I really can't say enough good things about Aaron. He, specifically, was a really great guy. He laughed with us and was very easy-going. He never pressured us to buy from him. Ed, in finance, was great as well. Craig helped us with a decision we needed to make while Aaron and Bryan were out. He, too, went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend these two guys! We will be back to this dealership when we are in need of another vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! More

I came in several times doing my research amongst all of the dealers/truck manufacturers and Aaron spent as much time as needed (hours usually) every time I came in and helped answer all of my questions. When it came time to purchase my new 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel Craig and Aaron found the exact vehicle that I wanted and worked with me to get a great deal on the truck. The paperwork was easy to do and they worked great with me when I was trading in my 2012 Rubicon. They have worked great getting the additional accessory added to my truck and look forward to future business and the free car washes that come with the new truck. More

Got my rubicon! After going to 3 dealerships who could give me this great explanation on how their policy is no hassle sales and salespeople don't get paid commission After going to 3 dealerships who could give me this great explanation on how their policy is no hassle sales and salespeople don't get paid commission, I finally met Chad who is passionate and knowledgeable about JEEPS. Just FYI, I didn't go out looking for a jeep to be told about your policy's. I went out looking for a new jeep to buy. Chad was able to go through the jeep they had in stock with great knowledge. He showed me how the front 2 pieces of the 3 piece hardtop came off. I was even able to assist and verify that this is something I could do on my own. He explained the different capabilities of the rubicon and let me be hands on with the buttons and removal of items within the jeep. At the end, I could definitely appreciate the price tag because I understood the quality of the jeep. My only criticism..... Sorry but I gave you the VIN number and information on the jeep that I liked. You got it for me which was great. But, lesson to myself as well, I wish you could have looked up the features of the jeep with the VIN number and compared it to the jeep you showed me. Then..informed me how my jeep was different then the one you showed me that night. I did explain to you my frustration with the lack of knowledge from the other dealership. ??So I was not clear on my jeeps internal features prior to you getting it. I know you said "well this is the jeep you wanted" , yes true and still is but felt a little side swiped that when the jeep came some of the features you talked about were not on my jeep. That feeling could have easily been avoided had you just looked at the features of the jeep I requested and informed me how not all rubicons have certain features. I would have still purchased it. And I did purchase it! Sorry to criticize a little. But I know you saw hesitation on my purchase day. Still you were more knowledgeable and passionate than any other person I talked to. Thanks for that! More
