PSA-DONOT buy a used vehicle from Lester Glenn. Within the 1st 4 months and less than 3000 miles the car left my wife stranded at the grocery store and had to have AAA replace the battery. Then a week later the check engine light resulting in needing a catalytic converter for $3k. Yes I know I bought as is but don't you expect better from a dealer. Yes I know I didn't but an extended warranty but guess what the extended warranty DOES NOT COVER catalytic converter. All I asked for from management was assistance. REFUSED. The Lester Glenn experience is they don't care about their used car buyers. Regretful purchase. More

Karen Morrissey was outstanding! I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life but Karen isn’t the typical sales person. She’s not high pressure, but soft-spoken and professional. Although my salesman is an amazing person the finance people are horrible people. They took total advantage of recent widow. In March we purchased an Ionic 5 with $5000 deposit. Before the first paymen people are horrible people. They took total advantage of recent widow. In March we purchased an Ionic 5 with $5000 deposit. Before the first payment my husband passed away. I had no choice couldn’t afford the payments on my own so I turned it in it was in my husbands name. I then leased a 2024 Elantra. They told me they would take care of me. Boy did they $4000 above sticker. I was a widow for 5 days they took advantage. Since Them I have spoken to numerous other dealership General Managers who told me how bad a deal I actually got. Also stating that Elantra has horrible lease factors. The residual is incredibly high. Not mention paying above sticker and that not being disclosed. I’m stuck with $500 in payments for the next 2 years. After purchasing and leasing more than 5 cars from Lester Glenn i will never do that again. I now live in Tom’s River I tell everyone this story. Please update!! Change this! Lester Glenn fixed this misunderstanding!! So much so that it only took a short amount of time and yesterday I once again drove out with a 2025 SEL Tucson.
