We had communicated throughout the day and had to change our appointment time due to work schedule and Cappy was very accommodating, professional and friendly throughout the communication. We brought the whole family, dog included, and the whole sales team and staff were great! They went out of their way to make sure our son and even the dog were taken care of during our visit. Due to a specific budget need on our part, I may have offended Cappy on the initial negotiation, but he was again very professional and accommodating taking time to go through the process and very carefully explaining all details involved. Cappy stayed late on our behalf to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our visit and in the end, we were able to make a deal on the vehicle. Thanks to Cappy and Craig, we are another satisfied Jim Ellis customer. I will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family and I am sure we will be back as well when it's time to buy another vehicle. More
