Over achieved twice in less than 5 months We purchased a used car from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA for our 18 year old on 12/19/2019, thinking it would get him through his upcoming college We purchased a used car from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA for our 18 year old on 12/19/2019, thinking it would get him through his upcoming college years and then some. Well on 5/1/2020 that car was totaled in an accident, NO ONE was injured thank goodness. Well the Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA team came through for us again. Joe found a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. Craig met with me, test drove and put up with me looking at the car. And Jasmine crushed it again with the financing, swapping the extended bumper to bumper and tire/wheel warranties and working through all the rest of that fun paperwork. Brought the car in for an oil change and to look at a few other minor concerns. Was given an $8900 estimate that dId not include the oil change or any of the requests! When said I wanted to know about 6 items, it took 3 days, and still 2 werent addressed. When asked again, they called back with with ntf. Then called back and said tech refused to work in my car!!! He was afraid their was Nike inside. I ex as ones that what he was seeing was only carpet under the 3rd row seating that I couldn't fit vacuum hose attachment to get up. They REFUSED to finish the job and then went in the say the cost to pick it up is the oil change IS $150 For each estimatebifbthe 6 requests!!!! Nothing was tested, thus usvpurektvavtecs guess. Nothing taken apart!! 1:2 want addressed. They did 1 test drive . This is the words , most insulting service ever!!! More
