Called ahead and Richard had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable. After deciding to make the purchase the transaction was very smooth. Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid!
