I had an absolutely incredible experience, thanks to Vad, who helped steer my husband and I to the best car we could have asked for! The service was excellent everywhere we turned at Westside. I did work briefly with Luther Burnside VW, a sister company to Westside, but another car search led me to Westside, and I am so glad that it did! I am very satisfied with my experience with these folks. I may never go to another dealer again, and it is literally 273 miles away from me. I might bring it back for an issue if I have one that allows me to drive up there! Thank you so much Westside VW, especially Vad, our amazing salesman, who really LISTENS, even when you don't realize it, to help guide us in our purchase of a beautiful Passat SEL TDI, when I was determined I was getting a Jetta TDI! He knew exactly what we needed, even if we didn't! Also, Craig in finance was extremely helpful and personable as well, filling us in on all the options for purchase and making sure we received the very best deal on this beautiful car. Good inventory, poor response to potential customers When I decided to get a new vehicle the first dealership we went to was Westside, as I was most interested in a VW or Subaru. On my first visit to you When I decided to get a new vehicle the first dealership we went to was Westside, as I was most interested in a VW or Subaru. On my first visit to your dealership my husband and I were in the lot walking around and no one came out to us. We then went into the showroom, were in/out of cars, opening vehicles, sitting in them etc and NO ONE acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance (not even the receptionist), so we walked out. We went to every other dealership (Jeep, BMW, Mercedes, Buick, etc) and decided before the final decision we would go back to Volkswagen as I wanted to look at the Tiguan before buying a vehicle (had decided on a BMW). Once again, in the showroom no one came up to us and asked if we needed assistance (even though, as in the first visit there appeared to be sales people wandering around and chatting to each other). This time My husband went up to the reception desk and Carole stepped forward and asked if we needed assistance. Once we were connected with Carole she was very helpful, grabbed several cars for us to drive and pursued answers to questions we had that she was unable to answer. Service after being connected with a sales person was good, no complaints. More
