Working with Craig Flemishman to order our car was great experience all the way around. He was always prompt to respond to every email and phone call. There we’re some delays on our car due to the chip sh experience all the way around. He was always prompt to respond to every email and phone call. There we’re some delays on our car due to the chip shortage however Craig made sure we were always informed. it was very clear from the beginning his priority was focused on what was best for us. He took our needs into consideration when offering the “extras” and never pushed any unnecessary things that we would not need. In addition to the positive experience it is apparent that Craig is extremely knowledgeable. I never considered him to be in “car sales” more accurately I would say he he does “Audi sales”. We have worked and spoke with many different Audi dealers and sales. This has been by far the best we have felt after any interaction with Audi in general. I have found that there are few differences between each Audi dealership, what has to set them apart from each other are the people they have working for them and Craig has been the factor in setting the beaverton Audi location above any other we have worked with or talked to. We are the new owner of a 2022 s5, this will be our third Audi. More
