She was thorough, pleasant to deal with and very helpful. She even helped me unload my Costco purchases out of the rental car into my car before it started pouring down rain. It's so nice to have a loaner vehicle to use since I live out of town and always have errands to run when I'm in Portland. I'm very pleased there is an Airport Way service center, since I may not have purchased my Audi if there hadn't been a service center on the East side of Portland. More

I traded in and they were very fair, but in addition, I was purchasing a barely used 2016 that had been a trade-in and Sigve and Craig could not have been more amazing to work with. From start to finish it was genuinely a pleasure and I felt that my interests were looked after. Craig made sure I was comfortable and looked after me throughout the process with the warmth and care one would expect with family. It was just lovely and I'm still appreciating the experience as I reflect several days later. I'd like to add that while I worked with Sigve and Craig, I did interact and chat with a few of the other employees and they were equally gracious and kind. Superb operation! More

All through our interactions he was very professional, kind, courteous and honest. He took his time to explain every detail and what to expect in an Audi car. With his help we were able to decide on the Q7. He followed-up with emails and phone calls whenever we had questions. We really would have loved to purchase our first Audi at Audi Beaverton, however, the Audi Q7 being a "hot" SUV was sold out yet Craig was ready to go the extra mile to help us place a fresh order. The only reason we didn't go with this option was because we badly needed a second car and couldn't wait for another 4 to 5 months. It turned out we were lucky to find a new Q7 from another Audi dealership. Although we did not purchase our Q7 from Audi Beaverton, Craig remains very special to us for being such a nice person and giving us a remarkable first Audi car experience. More

As easy as buying with cash! As soon as I arrived to look at the car Craig was prepared with the car details and carfax. Purchasing the car was as easy as paying with cash. I focused in on a few and went to see Craig @ Audi Beaverton specifically because: He was very responsive in email, (within the hour), sent me links to cars I inquired about AND ones that I didn't see at first glance that met all my requirements, and when I did get there the car was ready and waiting for me to drive. Perfect online experience. In-person Craig was very kind, straightforward, he was there to sell a car but not at the cost of building an honest relationship. Very refreshing. I'd recommend Craig and Audi Beaverton, the experience could not have been easier and was catered exactly for me - not what I'd come to expect from other luxury car dealerships. In the end I didn't buy an Audi but impressed enough to leave this review. More

First Experience with a Car Dealership. Very impressed. I found Craig to be very helpful. First, he removed the car from listing as soon as I contacted him about my interest. And when I got there, He seemed I found Craig to be very helpful. First, he removed the car from listing as soon as I contacted him about my interest. And when I got there, He seemed genuinely concerned that this was the best car for me. Throughout the transaction, he was friendly, without a hint of pressure or the slick sales persona you always hear about. He negotiated a deal with management that brought the price down, even though they had already dropped the asking price twice. I had to go to my bank to get my check, and I got stuck in rush hour traffic, which meant I arrived back at the dealership after official closing time. He and Sigve stayed late so I could have my car. I want to thank both Craig and Sigve for service above and beyond. More
