When my wife left car and was given a loner she was informed it must be brought back with tank full or we would be charged $5 A gallon. First time that has happened on a loner. When she returned next morning to pick up car, outside work looked good but no floor mats inside. When brought to service managers attention he walked back to rear of car and showed her that the mats were thrown in the back(not installed, thrown in still in plastic bags). Not quite what we had hoped for from service department. Talked to management, reached a understanding I hope. Henceforth the hopeful title. Very happy with our salesmen, Craig and Juan were great to work with would recommend both highly More

One thing I thought wasn't right. While it's true that Audi management discounted the car for me, I thought it extremely unfair that they "expected" me to include in my trade in my front, back, and cargo mats; cargo cover; and rack, while they insisted on selling me mats and cargo mat. They should have covered the cost of the four new mats and cargo mat. It still rankles me when I think of it. Left a bad taste in my mouth in an otherwise perfect transaction. More

Great Dealership I researched Audi Dealers in the Puget Sound area where I live. I contacted Audi Beaverton online and explained what I was looking for.Mr. Craig Flei I researched Audi Dealers in the Puget Sound area where I live. I contacted Audi Beaverton online and explained what I was looking for.Mr. Craig Fleishman replied and described a 2018 Q3 which was soon to be delivered from the Port of Houston that fit what I wanted. After several Emails and phone conversations I decided to drive to Beaverton OR. from my home in Poulsbo WA (198 mi). I wasn't familiar with Audi Beaverton and was impressed with the layout of their facility Clean,bright and orderly. Appearances matter to me otherwise I woulnd't be getting an Audi. Craig made the finalization of my purchase go smoothly and seamlessly. From arrival to departure the whole car buying process was pleasant. When my first service is due my wife and I plan to return to Audi Beaverton and make a weekend getaway out of it. More

Great experience I do not remember how I connected with Craig Fleishman, but am very happy I did. I called months ago when a new model, the S5 SB was introduced. Cra I do not remember how I connected with Craig Fleishman, but am very happy I did. I called months ago when a new model, the S5 SB was introduced. Craig made the entire process very comfortable and never made me feel pressure to do anything. When it came time to place the order Craig was very responsive and did his best to provide me with updates throughout the long wait for the car to be built and delivered. I made it very clear I did not want to continue to go back and forth with offers, negotiations etc and felt I received a fair deal without games being played. The pickup experience was very smooth and Craig spent about 30-40 min with me in the car showing me different features to make sure I knew the basics and offered for me to come back anytime with questions. The only negative portion of my experience with Audi Beaverton was after I signed the Lease paper work I met with the Finance Manager David and was given a lot of maintenance options (tints, maintenance packages, coatings etc) and had to choose in the moment. I expressed I wished I was given these options upfront so I could research the differences and see what made sense for me and I was told I could not add any options on at al later date and had to decide in the moment. Overal, great experience and I would highly recommend working with Craig Fleishman if you are interested in purchasing/leasing an Audi. More

Slow and difficult I purchased a vehicle online. I immediately sent them a check and scheduled my own transport of the vehicle. It took them 2 days to get the paperwork I purchased a vehicle online. I immediately sent them a check and scheduled my own transport of the vehicle. It took them 2 days to get the paperwork out via FedEx, and then they only sent it 2nd day air. Then the return Fedex label was also 2nd day air. So I paid for the car and then had to wait almost two weeks before my trucking company could pick it up, even though they had been paid. More
