They were proactive, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure everything was done right, not just fast. What stood out most was how flawlessly the purchase and delivery were executed. No surprises, no pressure, no wasted time — just clear communication and follow-through at every stage. It’s rare to find a team that combines deep product knowledge with genuine customer care, but James and Brian absolutely do. Took it to this dealer to have the engine replaced due to known Hyundai issues. Dealership kept the vehicle for over for months. Less than six months later the engine knock sensor went out. Now they are r known Hyundai issues. Dealership kept the vehicle for over for months. Less than six months later the engine knock sensor went out. Now they are refusing to replace under warranty amd want over $800 to replace a part that costs less than $100. They also told us we needed a transmission service and cabin air filter. The transmission had been serviced 1 week prior and the cabin air filter was also replaced at this time. This dealership service department will not stand behind their work and are dishonest. Before we arrived, he provided detailed information about the vehicle and had it pulled up front and ready to go. The test drive was easy and comfortable, and while we were finalizing the sale and financing with his management, James took the initiative to have the car detailed and the gas topped off. The whole experience was painless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. James was friendly, attentive, and even offered local restaurant recommendations while the paperwork was being completed. We test drove a vehicle on a Saturday, The sales rep followed up with us the following Monday. We sent him information to work on a deal for on Wednesday. The sales rep didn't acknowledge getting the information so I followed up on Thurs. He said he would get right on it. A week later, I sent a msg to see if he had info for us and he apologized and said he'd do it now. It's been two more days and I haven't heard a peep from him. Terrible customer service. We will move on to another dealer who has better customer care and concern. More

My engine died unexpectedly, and the manufacturer recommended this dealership based on proximity. Unfortunately, I didn’t know any better — and that mistake cost me weeks of stress and frustration. It took two weeks just to get an appointment, with no mention of delays or staffing issues. When my car was finally towed in, the service advisor told me they’d diagnose it and submit a claim to the manufacturer within a day or two. I was even given a number to call or text directly. But then… nothing. Two days passed. Then four. I texted on a Friday — no reply. Called and left a message Saturday — no reply. Sent another message Monday — still no response. Even the manufacturer rep could not reach them after trying for two days. When I showed up in person the following Saturday — a full week after my car arrived — I found out that NOTHING had been done. The service manager gave me excuses about how it’s a “four-hour job to diagnose,” yet my car had been there two weeks. No apology, no urgency, no effort to help — not even offering a courtesy or rental car. The lack of professionalism was unreal. Trying to transfer my car to another shop was a nightmare too. I tried on three separate occasions to arrange a transfer, leaving message after message. Again — no call back. Eventually, I had to call the sales department, and thankfully, someone there had the decency to help get me connected. Bottom line: This dealership offers the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You’ll waste your time, your energy, and potentially your money — and get nothing in return but mental exhaustion. I wouldn’t wish this kind of treatment on anyone. More
