Above and Beyond - Thank you. I found my car online and walked into the dealership to buy it as soon as it was on the floor for purchase. Great Experience with Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase What a great experience with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Craig Gowitzka greeted us at the showroom door and showed us the SUVs on the What a great experience with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Craig Gowitzka greeted us at the showroom door and showed us the SUVs on the lot and discussed options. Craig found the vehicle we were looking for and took us on a test drive. he took the time to show us some of the specific options and how they worked, and when we ran out of time, he took our information and pulled numbers together with the sales manager and sent them to us later that evening. Craig and Crown really respected the time we had available. When we came back in to finalize the deal, he had spent time finding the specific color and options we were lookin for. The time to fill out paper work and walk through the financing was reasonable, and we were on our way. Craig ran through some of the specific features and set up our phones with the blue tooth. We had another appointment that limited our time going over the features, so Craig set up an appointment with us to come in and go over things in more detail. There were also plenty of videos to help support us in learning the features that Craig set us up with. Craig Gowitzka and the Crown staff was a significant reason we chose Jeep over Ford. Knowledgeable and accommodating staff Having never bought a Dodge before, I had some trepidation when visiting the dealer. Fortunately for me, Craig Gowitzka was my sales representstive. Having never bought a Dodge before, I had some trepidation when visiting the dealer. Fortunately for me, Craig Gowitzka was my sales representstive. To be fair, the 2019 dodge ram sold itself. The interior seating/space/storage was amazing, the blackout package was gorgeous, and the user interface with the technology was very sensible and useful. Craig had a detailed knowledge of all of it which really brought home how great it was. Craig was also very helpful in dispelling misconceptions I had about leasing. He was very helpful in guiding me to the right financing product and lease term, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Before I left, he even helped me set up all the controls and Bluetooth /iPhone sync inside of my truck. Thank you!! More

Awesome experience! I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with I first visited the dealership just to gain some knowledge on their leasing programs and to check out the inventory. The sales man that I worked with did not make me feel pressured and was very patient and helpful. My second visit was about 2 months later, this time I wanted to leave with a new Jeep. The process was made very easy and stress free. After I chose the vehicle that I wanted it took almost no time to complete paperwork and finish things up. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. More
