However the vehicle has been nothing but problematic. The transmission has had several occasions of failure to shift gears causing it to redline to dangerously high levels. Brought it in on multiple occasions, but techs have been unable to diagnose/resolve issues. Now check engine light has been on and parts have been changed without resolving the issue. My vehicle has been in the shop almost the entire week, and during that time I've been without a reliable vehicle which I purchased because I have custody of my nieces and need reliable transportation and with the issues ive had that hasn't been my experience at all. The vehicle also has electric issues where the radio among other things seems to reset themselves. This has been a nightmare of a buying experience to say the least and I'm trying to have them buy back the vehicle under New Mexicos lemon law which according to an attorney i have a good case, but I'm hoping reliable nissan will do the right thing and we won't need to get lawyers involved, but I'm willing to do what's necessary as I'm not willing to pay 40+ thousand for an unreliable lemon
