I supposedly purchased a certfied pre owned 2010 Honda Pilot in Novmber 2013. I was shocked to find out that I had to spend $300 to have the fluids and filters replaced that should have already been repla Pilot in Novmber 2013. I was shocked to find out that I had to spend $300 to have the fluids and filters replaced that should have already been replaced when I purchased the vehicle. This Honda delarship would not reimburse me the money I spent because they cannot admit they were wrong. Stay away from this dealership. More

As I researched which car I wanted to purchase, I found I needed information and pricing in order to make an informed decision. Creiss Whitfield from Paul MIller Honda was the first person to respond (as he did on subsequent emails as well). I found his answers to be the most thorough, professional and straight-forward. Plus, his pricing was competitive with the other dealers. His responses helped establish trust between us, which carried forward to when we met. I found Creiss to be personable, attentive to my needs, reliable and very customer-focused. The entire transaction went very smoothly and I recommend Creiss to anyone looking to buy a Honda. I would purchase from Paul Miller and Creiss again should the opportunity arise. More

He was amazingly patient with me while I went back and forth trying to decide which car I wanted, and if it was the right fit for me. The atmosphere inside the dealership was great - everybody was very friendly and happy to help. Rick, the finance manager, was great as well. He helped me find the right payment option to suit my needs. He, too, was patient with me going back and forth. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealership and will gladly recommend to all of my friends and family. More
