I deal with this Bozard Ford on a regular basis I recently contacted Crystal Garrison in reference to a warranty claim. The batteries on my 2017 were leaking causing the brackets to corrode. They replaced the batteries and brackets with no questions asked. I also bring my agency assigned vehicle to the dealership for maintenance and repair. As expected, this dealership provides stellar customer service which has been unmatched IMO. I purchased two vehicles from Bozard Ford in 2017. My sales person, (Stephen Purdy) was exceptional and Crystal's attention to detail for the service of my vehicles has proven to be second to none. Her knowledge and experience is truly defined by her professionalism and attention to detail! More

Bozard Ford hands down the worst service center I can expect when taking my 2014 Ford F150 or any other vehicle to be serviced at Bozard Ford something will go wrong. To this date, I have experience I can expect when taking my 2014 Ford F150 or any other vehicle to be serviced at Bozard Ford something will go wrong. To this date, I have experienced such unreliable service I have to question the standards of the mechanics and the reliability of this Ford product. I have attempted to call Bo Bozard to let him know of the quality of work that his dealership provides and I have not heard anything despite leaving a message. In fact, this is the second survey that I have filled out. I have to wonder, what happened to the other. My truck has been damaged by Bozard Ford service dept., miss diagnosed, improperly fixed, and I have even found a part from another job left in my vehicle. The quality of repair and the reliability of this truck are most certainly in question. To this date I have had, three 4wd actuators replaced, bearing replaced, I'm on my third rear electric window, my transfer case has been replaced, after some of this work my truck sounded like the bed of the truck was falling off, my a/c evaporator was replaced due to a leak. Sadly, you can probably count the number of times I've put this truck in 4wd on one hand. It has not been abused in any stretch of the imagination except by the service members at Bozard Ford. Is this an isolated occurrence? My daughter's car, a 2013 Ford Escape was taken in for an transmission leak. They determined it was a bad seal. After paying over $500 dollars to fix the leak, my daughter drove the car home only to discover a loud noise coming from under the hood and the car still leaking fluid. The next day the car was taken in only to discover that the seal was improperly placed. So, no matter the vehicle and regardless the repair being made. I can expect something to go wrong every time my vehicle is serviced at Bozard Ford. The last repair on my truck resulted in my vehicle being taken to the body shop, bondoed and painted from multiple dents left on the cab. Disappointment doesn't begin to describe the soundness of these Ford products and more importantly the service providers for my vehicles. I feel compelled to report this to the Ford Motor Co as well as the BBB. I feel everyone should know the substandard work that is being done at this dealership. Hands down, Bozard has got to be the worst Ford service facility. More

So, when I noticed some odd sounds coming from the front end of my Escape, I called the Bozard Ford Service Department for help. It wasn't an easy problem to identify, but they persisted and, ultimately, found and fixed the problem. Turns out that it was not just "an odd sound." It was something that could have created a real safety hazard for me... I'm glad they took it seriously!! Thank you, David, Andie, Colby, Crystal, and the rest of the Service Team!! More

Extended Warranty I came in to have my car's AC checked out which had a repair that was still in warranty. However I had been told that my extended warranty on the vehicle had expired, It was not, according to my paperwork which I brought with me to this service. Crystal went out of her way to assist me in getting this straightened out and called me at home today to let me know that the issue had been resolved and corrected. She went out of her way to be a customer advocate and I so appreciated the personal call instead of jus a letter from the dealership. More
