I telephonically contacted Bozard and they provided me with guidance that allowed me to get back home to Florida. I made a service appointment during that telcall and brought my MKZ in immediately upon my return. They provided a loaner car which I had for several days as a part had to be ordered. My vehicle was serviced well within the timre frame expected with all problems corrected and within warranty. I purchased my MKZ and have had it service only there ever since. It is truly a top flight operation throughout and an outstanding representative of the Ford/Lincoln family. More
