Probably the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. To start off with the sales rep that we were dealing with knew very minimal about the vehicle that they were selling. When asked a question about any To start off with the sales rep that we were dealing with knew very minimal about the vehicle that they were selling. When asked a question about anything they stated that they would have to ask their manager. Upon running our credit they gave us a 4 square with nothing but the vehicles information, the asking price, and a monthly payment… asking us to just sign it and be okay with everything. No apr or how many months or any sort of breakdown. And when asked they said I would know all of that after I sign the paper agreeing to everything and the mat they are just “old school” And on top of it all both them and their manager were super rude when asked all of these questions. Fast forward to now… upon purchasing the car, the sales rep stated that all cars go through a thorough 100+ point inspection even though this is a close to new vehicle. As we got the car home we found the front end to be making a popping noise when turning, brakes are now screeching, and there is a small oil leak coming from the vehicle. All of which should have been noted and fixed during said inspection. Have tried multiple times to call the dealership and talked to someone with no luck and no call back. I am left no other choice but to take it to someone and pay out of pocket for these things. Just to top all of this off…. Took it to the VW dealership to get said stuff repaired and upon looking at the records of the vehicle it had reported damage to the vehicle that had been fixed at a prior dealership. The sales rep stated to me that it had a “clean car fax” upon purchasing the vehicle. Overall a very poor experience at this dealership. All of my car buying over the years and I have never had this bad of a transaction. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUISNESS HERE! More
