TARA, THE INTERNET SALES MANAGER, DID ALL THE LEG WORK PRIOR TO OUR VISIT, REGARDING OUR TRADE, THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED, AND STAYED IN CONTACT WITH US THROUGHOUT. CURT THE BUSINESS/FINANCE MANAGER, WAS ALSO GREAT TO WORK WITH. HIS GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR PUT US AT EASE. HE WAS THOROUGH AND PREPARED WITH ALL THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE PURCHASE. Disappointed in the vehicle mechanical & safety codition E-mail communication with the sales representative included my desire not to exceed a specified amount to finance, which was told to me that it should E-mail communication with the sales representative included my desire not to exceed a specified amount to finance, which was told to me that it should not be a problem meeting that. We traveled 1.5 hours to find out that was not true, so I had to do what I hate the most about buying a vehicle......….haggle with the mysterious manager. My "post agreement to buy" inspection revealed a missing wheel lug & multiple wheel lugs loose. My wife & I test drove the truck when I first got there, which bothered me even more. Truck was taken back to fix issue. My wife & I were upset (emotionally and visibly), but there was no offer (i.e. monetary reduction, warranty upgrade) from the general manager to possibly ease our anxiety. He did give me his card & said call me if you have any questions. I said again, I'm 1.5 hours away, for which he smiled, shook my hand & walked away. Lastly, there was ZERO overview of the truck's controls & operations. I guess I'll learn as I go. It was basically sign & go. More

Salesman Aaron brushed me off and wouldn't even point to where the car was on the lot while I waited for his precious time, Arrogance and Ignorance Salesman Aaron brushed me off and wouldn't even point to where the car was on the lot while I waited for his precious time, Arrogance and Ignorance does not sell cars! I was about to leave the dealership entirely when salesman Jake brought the car to the front, took me for a test drive, and kept me interested. The 2019 Dodge Challenger sold itself (pretty car), but Jake convinced me to buy from Len Stoler. The business manager was down-to-earth as well. I didn't get much for trade-in on my Buick; but these folks didn't waste my time either, which is a huge deal with me. I was in the market for the Challenger, and they wanted to sell me one. More
