Awesome Jake! Salesman Aaron brushed me off and wouldn't even point to where the car was on the lot while I waited for his precious time, Arrogance and Ignorance Salesman Aaron brushed me off and wouldn't even point to where the car was on the lot while I waited for his precious time, Arrogance and Ignorance does not sell cars! I was about to leave the dealership entirely when salesman Jake brought the car to the front, took me for a test drive, and kept me interested. The 2019 Dodge Challenger sold itself (pretty car), but Jake convinced me to buy from Len Stoler. The business manager was down-to-earth as well. I didn't get much for trade-in on my Buick; but these folks didn't waste my time either, which is a huge deal with me. I was in the market for the Challenger, and they wanted to sell me one. More

Outstanding They helped to get me in a vehicle with no hassle. Large inventory from economy vehicles to heavy duty vans and trucks. A very friendly atmosphere. Was overcharged for a vehicle that I bought. They lied about the price of the vehicle on the contract. It was listed for 33,900 not 35,000 that I was charged. Nothing but liars. They went out of their way to accommodate me and be helpful throughout the process. Aaron, Tony and Curt in particular were all really great. They even helped me get a better interest rate than the one I walked in thinking I will get my loan with. All in, it was a great experience. Highly recommend! More

Failure to Follow Through New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagn New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagnose a P0562 Code prior to a five hour drive with brand new vehicle. Dealer installed front license plate on steel bumper without inserting plastic pedal for screw contact through square hole in front bumper. This resulted in the metallic screw gouging paint on front bumper. New truck was delivered without bed drain plug 55359234AC installed. Dealership agreed to provide missing plug and paint for gouge in front bumper, but after waiting for six weeks for delivery of small routine parts, all that was received was an incorrect drain plug which did not even cover the drain hole in the truck bed. This part has delayed installation of a necessary bedliner in truck and should be present on the brand new vehicle at time of delivery. Truck tire pressures were set at 80 psig (cold) in front tire upon deliver. Ram specifies 65 psig in tire. This resulted in poor steering response until corrected. It was stated to register truck as Class 3 over three separate occasions during purchase. Registration was received six weeks later with incorrect Class 4A registration. Do not expect this dealership to follow through and do what they say they are going to do to complete a transaction without significant hassle and waste of time. Several phone calls over the course of six weeks resulted in no definitive action by the dealership to remedy very routine missing items. More

I didn't like how I had to use the special Chrysler financing to get rebates but that is not the dealerships fault. The deal was still good and the staff I dealt with were kind and efficient. Financing with Curt took maybe 10 minutes max with low pressure up sells and they made me feel comfortable. I recommend this dealership for your car buying needs. Some negative feedback: A week or so ago, I tried inquiring to the parts and services departments about getting roof rails placed on my base model renegade and no one has contacted me. More
