TriState Collison Center replaced my front bumber and then handed off the "wind noise" problem to Curtis stating it was a recalled windshield issue. Curtis picked up my car, diagnosed the problem and coo then handed off the "wind noise" problem to Curtis stating it was a recalled windshield issue. Curtis picked up my car, diagnosed the problem and coordinated a time of repair working with my schedule to close this issue. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. a few years ago i was not happy with ford at all and i believe they knew i had a bad experience. when i had to use them this time they bent over backwards to make sure things were done right for me. curti believe they knew i had a bad experience. when i had to use them this time they bent over backwards to make sure things were done right for me. curtis was very attentive, patient and professional, i probably wouldn't have had the bad experience if he had been there last time. i only wish their shuttle drivers would be more helpful when there is a mom with a baby, carseat, diaper bag, purse and stroller. Every time i go to Apple Ford's service department i am treated with courtesy and outstanding customer service, Typically i work with Allan Schwartzman in the quick lane dept, Without fail, my vehicle i am treated with courtesy and outstanding customer service, Typically i work with Allan Schwartzman in the quick lane dept, Without fail, my vehicle is turned around in an expedient manner and necessary work is performed in a timely manner. The required service is explainded and i have never been upsold or talked into having any work done that was not needed/required. So a huge thank you to Allan for his continued courtesy, honesty and assistance. Today my vehicle required repair to the high pressure power steering hose, On today's particular repair I worked with Curtis Ford. When repairs were completed, unforseen extended warranty issues arose. Without hesitation Curtis jumped to action. He made sure that the repairs were covered the result being a savings of several hundred dollars to me. When i thanked him he explained he was. " just doing the right thing"How refreshing and what a great and positive experience!!!!!!!!, I wish other service providers i dealt with on a daily basis shared his integrity,ethics, caring and empathy for the customer that Curtis exhibited, A huge thank you to Curtis Ford. When it comes to where to take my Ford Expedition in for service I literally have unlimited choices. i dont have to take it to the dealer, But because of the outstanding service and fair treatment i recieve i am loyal to Apple Ford. I bring my Ford to Apple because of the people there. People like Allan and Curtis. I buy Ford and Lincoln vehicles for the very same reason. I recently chose to bring my Lincoln Aviator in for service at Apple Ford due to satisfactory service needs being met in the past. I contacted Curtis Ford (Service Advisor) and he was professional and service at Apple Ford due to satisfactory service needs being met in the past. I contacted Curtis Ford (Service Advisor) and he was professional and responsive. My SUV maintenance issue was resolved in an expedient manner and most importantly an honest manner displayed by Curtis and Bruce (ASE Mechanic). Admittedly, my expecations were exceeded. I would highly recommend this dealership to meet your Lincoln and Ford service needs largely because of my positive experience with these two representatives of Apple Ford Columbia, MD. More

If you ever need service for your car, go see Curtis Ford.... I can’t say this enough. I bought the car from apple ford and had quite a bit of trouble with the sales department. So I was a bit apprehens Ford.... I can’t say this enough. I bought the car from apple ford and had quite a bit of trouble with the sales department. So I was a bit apprehensive when I had a rattle I took it to the service department and they set me up with Curtis Ford. Let me state that you can’t ask for a better experience. His customer service was top notch. When he called me to update me to the status of my car I didn’t feel like i was dealing with someone from the dealership I felt like i was talking to a friend who genuinely cared about both me and my car. There was several times where he sent it back because it wasn’t right and if it didn’t meet his high standards then it was unacceptable. When i did get my car back it had been detailed and looked down right amazing. Who would have thought that not having your car could be a pleasurable experience? Thanks to the fine customer service i received I must say for me it was. More
