Top Notch Service! I had an oil leak on a used certified vehicle and they took me right in and found that the filter had been leaking. Had me out of there in 45 minutes I had an oil leak on a used certified vehicle and they took me right in and found that the filter had been leaking. Had me out of there in 45 minutes. Curtis Ford is what service is about. After having a hiccup in my service last Saturday Curtis called me to make things right. He asked what I missed service wise and went out of his way t After having a hiccup in my service last Saturday Curtis called me to make things right. He asked what I missed service wise and went out of his way to have someone pick up my car at my work and take it back for an oil change, tire rotation and check up. As a former service advisor and manager I recognized what he did wasn’t an every day thing. However, this made a world of difference since I am leaving on a road trip to Massachusetts this Friday. Curtis Ford is an example of what great service is all about. Thank you! More

New car sales excellent ,Service dept. ok Had my 2017 escape with only 2700 miles on it serviced on 12/31/18.. The work on the vehicle, I give 5 stars. BUT as tech. was bringing my car to me a Had my 2017 escape with only 2700 miles on it serviced on 12/31/18.. The work on the vehicle, I give 5 stars. BUT as tech. was bringing my car to me after work was complete another tech drove his vehicle which was courtesy van into my vehicle.Car suffered extreme damage. Service manager Curtis Ford handled it very very professionally.I will say that Curtis is an assett to the servive dept. Apple Ford was going to take care of the repairs.They furnished me with a rental promptly. Unfortunately ,My wife insisted she no longer felt safe in the car. I had to purchase another Ford Escape the next day, Had to spend New Years eve and New Years day at the dealership trying to take care of the new car. Was not happy at all that we had to get a new vehicle.I really did not want to purchase another vehicle. Kinda put a damper on my retirement plans.. Loved the car we had. With that being said Brandon Lee in new cars was very good to work with.I still plan on using Apple Ford as my dealer. More

Virginia customer I purchased my Certified Ford Explorer from Columbia Apple a couple of years ago. Twice a year, I take my vehicle to them for the complementary oil ch I purchased my Certified Ford Explorer from Columbia Apple a couple of years ago. Twice a year, I take my vehicle to them for the complementary oil change and services that came with the sale. I've had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle. One was fixed, while the other I'm still experiencing issues with the controller on my passenger seat. I also have a blown front speaker that they refused to fix while it was still covered under the Powertrain warranty. They said the technician couldn't find anything wrong with it. The speaker is so bad now, that I can only listen to my radio from the rear speakers. The last time i took it in, i spoke to the service manager (Mr. Ford) and showed him the speaker. He agreed, that indeed there was a problem. Mysteriously though, my previous complaint about the speaker was not in their system! But he "could help me out" and order a new speaker and install it for $200. I agreed and have not heard back from them since! I called find out what the status was and was told the speaker was never ordered and there is no record of what he offered either...Not sure what the deal is with this place. When I picked my car up on that very brisk day after waiting for an oil change for 3+ hours, i get in and it's totally warm inside!!! I asked why it was so warm and heated after sitting in the service area for 3+ hours and he had no explanation....Also, my car had a scuff down the front door that i pointed out and he gave me a total attitude! He said that their people couldn't have done it. I'm particular about my car and had just washed it myself and it was not there before it gave it to them for the oil change. Overall, i do not like this business and will never consider purchasing another Ford from this dealership again! I'll stick with Sheehy in the future! More

My current service team, Les Ashburn, Dan Beifort, and the Service Manager, Curtis Ford are always professional, courteous, and provide excellent customer service. Dan, Thanks for the follow-up call this morning and ensuring my concerns were properly addressed. Finally, kudos to the Admin Team, Lindsey and Teresa for your excellent support during both purchases and to this point. All the best Team Apple! More

Above and Beyond.. I was going to be out a vehicle for the weekend and was also facing a hefty bill based on a miscommunication. I was getting nowhere with the service department, so I asked to speak to a manager. Curtis stepped in and gathered information from all parties involved. He was able to resolve everything cordially and fair for both sides. It was apparent that Curtis takes customer service seriously and I can't thank him enough for stepping in and resolving the issue. More

Above and Beyond My car wasn't ready by closing time as they told me it would be, as it was a complicated job. I was angry since I had not planned being car less for another day and had no way home etc. Curtis Ford went back and got 2 technicians ( Ian being one of them) to agree to stay late and help finish my car that night! I waited an hour after they closed and finally got my car back. While I waited they made me feel comfortable with beverages/TV/music on. They even discounted me on the service prices due to the inconvenience. It was much appreciated, when they could have just sent me away for the night car less. Great customer service made up for the miscommunication! I will return here with future car repairs. More
