Very Helpful Today while I was leaving work I noticed my tire was completely flat. I went to take out my jack and of course I didn't have one or the tool need to l Today while I was leaving work I noticed my tire was completely flat. I went to take out my jack and of course I didn't have one or the tool need to lower my spare tire. I got my truck towed to Apple Ford Lincoln, where the service manager Curtis Ford was very helpful. The service shop was closing and I come in asking if they can fix my tire or even have to tool to get my spare down. Mr Ford didn't turn me away like I was expecting to be. He took his own time and located a USED truck to match my year and borrowed the tool to accommodate me. He also put the spare one as well. I live an hour and a half from this dealership and luckily Mr Ford helped me or I would have been stuck because all of the tire places and rental car places were closed. More

fraudulent car report My 2014 Ford Focus has spent more time in the Ford Dealer in the Month of October. I bought my lemon from Apple Ford. 2 Fuel replacements 2015 which w My 2014 Ford Focus has spent more time in the Ford Dealer in the Month of October. I bought my lemon from Apple Ford. 2 Fuel replacements 2015 which was never told to me and October 2017. Car looses power going down the road. The first and last visit for service to Apple Ford was in June. My check engine came on and went back off . So it went in for service and came home running bad before I left there lot. Meanwhile I was told it may have a bad wheel bearing or hub bearing. When I picked my car they told nothing was wrong. Since then I have had a wheel bearing replaced by the Ford Dealer who is doing the repair work now. The car shuts off going done the road at 60mph. The scariest feeling of my life. Also the car was bought at a Auto Auction in PA. Which I was never told about. More

Awful Service VERY inept, inexperienced, awful service. I bought my car brand new in 2012 (Ford Focus S). Free Oil changes for life (every 6 months). They are SU VERY inept, inexperienced, awful service. I bought my car brand new in 2012 (Ford Focus S). Free Oil changes for life (every 6 months). They are SUPPOSED to top off all fluids, rotate tires, and include a car wash. Now, I have to check all my fluid levels, because they DON'T top off anything half the time. This past week, they LEFT OFF the splash shield --- a cover located at the underside of cars that protects your engine from potential damage caused by bumps, water and debris. Plus they forgot AGAIN to wash my car, telling me I can come back any time. I work from 8 to 5, and don't even get home until AFTER the dealer closes, and it is damned near impossible to get it washed on Saturdays, due to them being so busy. I don't want to make another trip OUT OF MY WAY just to get my car washed. It's pretty BAD when I have to check to see the fluids, etc. And now the Splash Shield???? Ford Certified means NOTHING to them. More

Rating for service on 2016 Lincoln MKX Apple Lincoln Ford, Columia Md (Specifically their Tri State Collision Center) does not do good work. Claimed they had repaired my cars front bumper Apple Lincoln Ford, Columia Md (Specifically their Tri State Collision Center) does not do good work. Claimed they had repaired my cars front bumper cover but they left damage behind bumper not fixed. Kept my car 5 weeks in. 2016 and 2017 and damage still not fixed (headlights, cross core member, cracked rt bottom headlight bracket). Many screws and nuts were left off in wheelwells and bottom front plastic panels, inside of hood for rubber seal. Both Bottom left & right door panels have cracked brackets. It took 5 or 6 times get bumper paint color to match body paint color. Overall back experience. Do not take your car to Tri-State Collision in Columbia , Md More
