Service of F150 Had some issues with my tailgate step and bed rails on a new F150. Les and Curtis worked with me and diagnosed the issues were from factory defects. They ordered replacement parts and had my truck fixed within a week. They even provided a rental so I didn't have to miss work during the repair. More

Terrible Customer Service You buy a $65,000 vehicle expecting customer service to come along with it. Well guess what, Curtis does NOT deliver. Have been dealing with an ongoin You buy a $65,000 vehicle expecting customer service to come along with it. Well guess what, Curtis does NOT deliver. Have been dealing with an ongoing warranty issue for months and has still not been resolved. Curtis like to beat around the bush, delay, delay, delay praying the issue will just disappear. In order to receive a good "report card" I was told I would be getting refunded a $100 diagnostic charge as well as the parts charge. As soon as I got off the phone, I filled out the report saying they did a half decent job resolving the issue. Big mistake..I hadn't received my refund yet. Once a refund arrived in my mailbox, all I got was a parts refund, not the diagnostic charge. Do NOT give this dealership your business. Even if they give you a decent purchase price, they have their ways of making the money back on the back end. Have been buying Ford for years at Mt. Airy Ford and will never give a dealership like Apple in Columbia another shot. Will be going to Mt. Airy, where you can count on good service, next time an issue comes up. More

I've sent emails and even went to see Curtis about one specific recurring problem that he agrees is a defect. Today I have never even been given the courtesy of one single response. So much for trying to be reasonable. More

Fabulous Service! Curtis Ford is the most responsive, respectful service manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a problem with a hubcap after my car was serviced, and Curtis listened carefully, with clear intent to understand the nature of my concern. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and ensure my satisfaction! He provided fabulous service, and I am most grateful! More

Over and above effort to obtain Ford corrosion warranty Even though all internet sites indicated Ford would not honor there 5 year corrosion warranty, and when first submitted they did reject it. Curtis was persistent and sent more pictures and emails until Ford fixed both rusted rear fenders. Apple ford's body shop "Tri state collision" also did great job on the repair. Apple ford gave me faith in buying a Ford again after seeing rust on a $ year old certified 2012 FORD escape. Thanks again Carl More

Amazing how the service person will find things to fix on every other visit. After the last visit when they recommended several expensive repairs, I decided to take my car to an independent mechanic I had known for years. He pointed out that several items recommend by the dealer were just fine, then repaired an item the dealer had overlooked. Mt recommendation is beware of this dealer. More

Outstanding Customer Service The exceptional customer service I received at the Service Department, by the Service Manager, Curtis, and my Service Advisor, David, was beyond my ex The exceptional customer service I received at the Service Department, by the Service Manager, Curtis, and my Service Advisor, David, was beyond my expectations. The shuttle was stuck in traffic and when the the Sales Manager heard I was upset he personally drove me to work in the other shuttle. He wasn't aware at the time but I'm a nursing mom and my schedule is pretty rigid, his stepping in to get me to my office on time meant more to me than just getting to work, and was truly above and beyond. The Service Advisor called later that day and offered a loaner vehicle since they hadn't yet been able to diagnose my Lincoln, when I explained that I would just have to bring it back in, due to the car seat installed in my car, he said he would see what he could do. He called back within 2 hours and said he was able to diagnose the issue and fix my heater, everything was ready. Curtis and David provided outstanding customer service and ensured that I will certainly return to Apple Ford - thank you! More

Excellent Customer Service from Curtis Ford I've been meaning to write this review for several months. Several months ago, after a routine oil change, I had "fluid" leaking from my SUV and had I've been meaning to write this review for several months. Several months ago, after a routine oil change, I had "fluid" leaking from my SUV and had to have it towed back to Apple Ford the same day. Not something you are ever really happy about happening….BUT Mr. Curtis Ford came to the rescue. Turns out my radiator needed replacing. He worked with me and we got the situation resolved and the SUV was back on the road the next day. Mr. Curtis Ford showed exceptional customer service and really helped me get this worked out. Thank you , Thank you, Thank you. More
