Took my Odyssey in for scheduled maintenance. I received a cost estimate and the time it would take. Went to the customer waiting room with my dog; I love dog friendly companies. The customer area has a huge selection of complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks, including homemade cookies. My car was ready at the estimated time, and the cost was spot on. If you want a Honda, this is a great dealership. No pressure, easy negotiation, and no packing. We've bought three new Hondas here, and when it becomes time to buy another, we'll be back. We live in Springfield, but the drive to Peoria is well worth our time. This is an A+ dealership. More

Has been declining the past few years and now I will avoid this place at all costs! Came in and felt like I was inconveniencing them. There was a total disconnect between employees. I spoke to someone and made a warranty repair appointment with the service center on the phone. However, at my appointment another employee said he knew nothing about it and would not honor the warranty work previously agreed to. Blame-shifting and completely inconsiderate of the customers' time and money. No help whatsoever just a waste of time with this visit. More
