First time coming in and I was greeted instantly. Within 5 minutes I was already looking at my receipt as my car was being taken for the Quadruple Deal Oil Change Special. I had a great experience working with Curtis from Imperial Toyota! He was incredibly kind, honest and approachable. Curtis really went above and beyond with my car maintenance recommendations - he to Imperial Toyota! He was incredibly kind, honest and approachable. Curtis really went above and beyond with my car maintenance recommendations - he took the time to explain options clearly, provided a rationale for the recommendations so I was aware of what was immediately necessary and what could wait, and was upfront about the cost and time of the services. I really appreciated that he was never pushy and respected my decisions. Because of his professionalism and transparency I will absolutely be reaching out to Curtis for future car needs and highly recommend him to others! More

Service Department is an absolute disgrace, Curtis Jones is a liar and can’t be trusted, we have used imperial Toyota Milford since 2022 and everything was fine until this time, we left our car overnight (1 is a liar and can’t be trusted, we have used imperial Toyota Milford since 2022 and everything was fine until this time, we left our car overnight (11/20/25) to get serviced the next day, Curtis called and asked if we would like the 100,000 service, once he said the cost would be $1550 we said no thanks just the oil change please, later that day we got the call the car was all set, so I was going to make the payment over the phone until I heard the total cost, I told the lady on the phone there must be a mix up we just wanted an oil change, she said the manager had left and she would leave a message for him to call tomorrow morning, the next day (11/22/25) we didn’t receive a call so I called them, talked to Curtis who said that I was lying and I approved the work, he said he took his time to go over every service the car needed and that he was told go ahead and do the work, that was not the case, once we heard the total we said no thanks, plus the phone call was only a minute long so his story doesn’t add up. 11/25/25 i got a call from Sean the service manager, he said I was wrong, that snow was coming and I need to come pay my bill, get my car or they will charge me storage, it’s 12/2/25 they still have my car, we have asked for the phone recording to prove what was said but apparently only incoming calls are recorded. Shocked that a dealership would treat customers this way, beware! More
