Hidden Waranties Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review Financing was deceptive and misleading. I was NOT given a copy of the MO-e 1/19 Retail Installment Sale Contract and given the opportunity to review it before I signed electronically, as required. Nor could I confirm that I received a completely filled-in copy since I never saw it. I received nothing. I asked about the paperwork and was told it would be mailed to me, which I never received. I thought it was a little strange, but being older, not having bought a car in over 14 years, procedures may have changed. The only way I was able to obtain a copy was to request it from the financial institution financing my car and also found out that an extended warranty for over $2,000 was written into the contract without my knowledge. I called the Finance Manager several times, leaving messages each time requesting the contract and a call back, to no avail. My calls were not returned. I cancelled the warranty through another finance manager and addressed my issues with a sales manager but am still deeply disturbed about the whole experience and have to wonder why this happened to me when the dealership has a very high rating.overall. More

During our time of sitting down to get all the details of my income my work history and such things personal information he was very courteous and kind and professional and did an outstanding job although I couldn’t make the decision to purchase the car right then I needed some time to contemplate the price of the car versus the payments of the car, as I agreed to go put some thought into this purchase he met me at the door with a baked pie which was very warm and considerate. during our time of sitting down to get all the details of my income my work history and such things personal information he was very courteous and kind professional and did an outstanding job although I couldn’t make the decision to purchase the car right then I needed some time to contemplate the price of the car versus the payments of the car, as I agreed to go put some thought into this purchase he met me at the door with a baked pie which was very warm and considerate After contemplating several hours on the vehicle I returned on Saturday and left within an hour a proud owner of a brand new KIA Sportage.
