Took it in for recall.
They did something they won't fess to. Week later both thermostats failed on a 20k mile car. Sure.

I haven't had a bad experience with Lake Ford.
Micah is accommodating as much as he can be. Sometimes he talks too fast and I have to catch up. Overall, I am satisfied with customer service.
