I bought my 2016 Dodge Cha Regardless of my State of residence, when it's time to purchase a new vehicle, Curtis Rose will be the one I will call on. I bought my 2016 Dodge Charger from East Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge - the company made a very wise choice when they brought Curtis Rose on board to join their team. Curtis Rose is very detailed oriented - a great listener and extremely customer focused. From time to time, Mr. Rose follows up on the performance, maintenance and care of my Dodge Charger. Even though Curtis Rose may not be at work when my husband and I call, he will always get back to us in a timely manner. Mr. Rose, in my husband and my opinion, goes above and beyond in his customer service responsibilities to ensure the customer is happy with their purchase. That is why, based on all of the above, I have no problems purchasing a vehicle, sight unseen from Curtis Rose, knowing I will always get value and an honest deal. Kester & Hamida More

Fantastic Experience!! I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher en I had been dreading getting a new car due to past experiences but what a pleasant surprise at East Hills!! Was looking at luxury brands and higher end models but wanted a 4*4 from a brand I had the best experience with in the past JEEP - so I stopped mid-decision on another brand and made a trip to this dealership. Best decision ever! Roger and Curtis were patient, accommodating and took the time to really understand my needs, "must have's" and "good to have's." There was so pushy sales tactic or the patronizing tone I was receiving at some of the other dealerships; as if a woman cannot make a wise decision on a car purchase. They were involved at every step of the process and Roger even took the time to walk me thru all the features on the car when I went to pick up the keys. And Arnie made the part of the process that is usually the most tedious and stressful, the financing, easy to bear and quite pleasant. Such a sweet guy If you are dreading that walk into the showroom, to spend an entire day dealing with annoying sales tactics, put everything aside and give these guys a shout. You will not be disappointed :) More
