Excellent sales and service Well, I always tell people about East Hills Jeep, at least for the past 10 years or so. Having purchased a Jeep from a dealer closer to my home , and Well, I always tell people about East Hills Jeep, at least for the past 10 years or so. Having purchased a Jeep from a dealer closer to my home , and having a horrid experience with the sale and service, when it was time for my next car, I went to another dealer, close to home...they were very dismissive and I walked out before purchasing a car. The next in proximity was East Hills and I guess what they say is true: 3rd time was the charm. I purchased that Jeep from Charlie, who was great. When it was time, I called Charlie to make an appt for my next Jeep. I was told he was no longer at the dealership but I could meet with Curtis Rose. The rest is history. Today, I just picked up my 4th Jeep from Curtis. He is honest, dependable, courteous and truly a wonderful guide thru the maze of car purchase. To me, purchasing a car was something I always dreaded. No longer the case. In addition, I always get my cars serviced at East Hills. Their service team is excellent and their late hours are convenient. So East Hills may not have been the closest Jeep dealer, but, in my experience has been the best all-around. Thank you, Curtis, you truly are the best! More

Great Experience. Curtis Rose at East Hills was nothing short of excellent. I came in, test drove a couple of cars, and ultimately settled on a pre-owned Grand Cherokee Curtis Rose at East Hills was nothing short of excellent. I came in, test drove a couple of cars, and ultimately settled on a pre-owned Grand Cherokee. I'm pretty sure I drove him crazy, with repeated visits, and millions of questions, but he was always straightforward, honest, and explanatory. Had had a terrible experience in two other Jeep dealerships, and these folks restored my faith in the brand. Ended up receiving only one key for my Jeep, but the dealership was quick to rectify that and get a new one programmed. Got a chance to meet the service team in the process, who all were extremely helpful. I'm grateful for such a good experience, and look forward to going back for service on my new (to me) vehicle. More

From the first phone call to the car pick up was easy and flawless. He did not over promise nor under delivered. We got more than we expected without any surprises or last minute changes and was extremely pleased with the results. Unprofessional Had an appt with Curtis today at 6pm. He even emailed me a reminder of our appointment . After traveling an hour from Queens on 25A in rush hour traff Had an appt with Curtis today at 6pm. He even emailed me a reminder of our appointment . After traveling an hour from Queens on 25A in rush hour traffic got there at 6pm and was told Curtis has left. When we told them we had an appointment with him at 6 they had another salesman who was coughing so bad he should have gone home start to show us the car. I asked him if he had a brochure on the car and he said no we don't have them. I asked him if we could go out and look at some cars on the lot he said they didn't really have cars on the lot. We left. When we walked outside there were about 4 of the service guys out there throwing around a rolled up paper bag. I guess that's why my sons car was in there for service for 6 weeks! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional organization in my life. L. Kropacek More

Love my new car! 2015 jeep wrangler Everyone was so friendly and so nice. Curtis went above and beyond in order to get me into my new car in less than a week. Once the paperwork was complete Curtis even came in on his day off to deliver my car to me. He was very thorough and went over everything with me before i drove off. He even called me to follow up on my purchase a week later.
