We never like seeing that we didn't meet the standards customers have come to expect, but reviews like this help us improve. If you don't mind reaching out to us so that we can speak directly, we'd love to address your concerns in detail. -It’s interesting that you asked me to reach out to address my concern in detail but you once again did not address my concern and told me that I am financially responsible for being sold a damaged vehicle. This was the email response I received: Good Morning Mr. Wittstadt, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding your 2023 Toyota RAV4. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for the repairs. The repair costs associated with the driver's side door will be your responsibility as the owner. We appreciate your business and regret that we are unable to provide a different resolution. Warm Regards, Ivory
