Always a great experience with my friends at DARCARS. I have been a customer since 2023. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle a few weeks ago from this location a 2025 Toyota RAV4. Attention consumers: Stay away from these crooks! !! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Darcar of Baltimore and Darcars of Frederick. Darcars Baltimore sold me a $31000 van that had not !! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Darcar of Baltimore and Darcars of Frederick. Darcars Baltimore sold me a $31000 van that had not been properly inspected and came with multiple pre-existing issues, including a clunking sound that was present from day one. For start/stop yellow in the dash light, I was told by the sales rep that it is normal and nothing to worry about, just to find out that the start/stop battery needs to be replaced. The GM at Baltimore had me visit Darcars Frederick to get that battery replaced, which they did (according to them but the light came back, and I was sent to Darcars Rockville to get the battery replaced. When I took it for repairs, they (Darcars Baltimore) abruptly told the shop (Darcars Frederick) to "cease and desist" after the vehicle had been worked on for three days. After initially advising me to handle the repairs myself, they backed out of addressing the remaining problems once I fixed the start/stop battery. To make matters worse, their communication is abysmal—I sent multiple emails over weeks without any response from the GM of Darcars Baltimore, who initially pretended to be caring and concerned. As someone who manages 27 restaurants across five states and owns multiple businesses, I understand the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, this company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will never do business with "Darcars" again. More
