Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do not purchase car from here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!! They said they’ll pay I bought over docu here. They take your money and mess up with car registration papers. I got ticketed twice in the same day!!! On Wednesday oct 7th I called service and spoke with a female who was apparently a service manager. I explained that my car intermittently would not start when I used the push start. She took down my in female who was apparently a service manager. I explained that my car intermittently would not start when I used the push start. She took down my information and told me to come down and that they may even have a loaner. I drive there and I speak with a rude service advisor who told me he is sure someone told me to come in but I have to take my car and leave. He said try to come Monday. He refused to give me an appointment. I leave and call Honda City in Levittown. I was told I could drop my car off now and gave me a 9am appointment Thursday. The service advisor went multiple times to my vehicle until it finally would not start. I had my car back by 1230 that same day. There is a way to treat customers and you at Millenium have horrid customer service. I have purchased three CRV at Millenium and plan on a new one in next few months. Honda City will be my go to. More

Cheating I purchased a `CERTIFIED` pre-owned Odyssey from Millennium Honda that had a clean Carfax last year. That accident was Structural damage. (Serious on I purchased a `CERTIFIED` pre-owned Odyssey from Millennium Honda that had a clean Carfax last year. That accident was Structural damage. (Serious one) Not to mention I was overcharged for this deal. But they refused to hear this case due to they would not known the accident. This is ridiculous because they have self inspection system(182 point). That`s CERTIFIED system. They should have known or they CHEATED me. More

I purchase a car back in February of 2019 a 2019 Honda Accord sport which I love and millennium was suppose send a check to Hyundai for the trade in i got rid of for 12/13 remaining payments. In October o Accord sport which I love and millennium was suppose send a check to Hyundai for the trade in i got rid of for 12/13 remaining payments. In October of this year I received a hit on mines and my wife's credit saying that I owe 8,000 dollars because the hyundia never received the pay off check to pay off the car. So now they are saying I have to pay this. The way my deal was done millennium was suppose pay the remaining payments on the car and they never did. The dealership still to this day after speaking with them multiple times still have not paid it off and it is affecting my credit badly. I went from a 727 score down to 545 and this is affecting my credit badly! This dealership is super irresponsible and upper management needs to learn customer service and not just be on your side when they are trying to close a deal but need to be on your side when something goes wrong after. I have reached out to Honda cooperate and BBB for assistance with this matter since the dealership 10 months a late still have not paid off the car I traded in The next post will be detailing everyone I spoke to and all the ridiculous answers they gave me during this process. More

Can’t get any worst I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the secon I purchased a pre-certified 2015 Honda Odyssey. This van is no where near where it’s suppose to be certified. I have to take the van back on the second day for door problem. Got it back one day n then a “check engine light” problem shows up. First time service took three days. Again error comes back and serviced for two weeks. Got van back for a week same error. Goes back for two more weeks. Got van back for a week . Same error again n two more weeks in the shop. I drove the van for less then 100 miles in two and a half month. Got the van back again for two weeks. Related problems w the check engine light problem. Van goes in shop for two more weeks. I’m planning to write to BBB and to Albany also. Not once did any one from the dealer apologized. They were using my time after they sold the van to certify the van that’s what they did. I paid in good faith and all I got is aggravations time and time again. They have a customer support team but soon as they heard that I have problems with the van. They stop calling right the way. Everyone I called in service like mr Castillo’s Abreu or the other used car manager Matt. They don’t want to hear from me. They keep referring to the van as a service problem. I wish I could tell them when I pay them it’s a cash problem will they wait? The worst experience I ever have with any dealers and I own 7 Honda so far. No one should go to Millinium Honda because they really don’t care after you paid and it’s the fact. If now one believes me just go to the service waiting area and speak with some of their customers. I did and I told them to write to BBB so next customer would know. Thank you for your time. More

I just got a great car Not from Millenium. Years back I was swindled and it seemed it was going there again. As every day pricing was changing. The sales Rep was nice zeeshan unfortunately his superior b was swindled and it seemed it was going there again. As every day pricing was changing. They the Honda dealer took my old lease w remaining 4 payments. More

Terrible customer service and ripped us off twice. Verbally agreed on a lot of information regarding my trade in lease, and completely denied everything when I went into the dealership.
