I was overcharged for my oil change. I paid $96 last June, but was charged $148 this time. That is over a 50% increase. Then I noticed I was charged 3 different prices for the oil use I paid $96 last June, but was charged $148 this time. That is over a 50% increase. Then I noticed I was charged 3 different prices for the oil used: $65.47 for five quarts (13.09 per quart), another quart was $13.35, the seventh quart was $19.91. ???? But the worst thing was I called the service department to inquire, asked for the service manager Chuck Oliver and was told he was across the street and would be back shortly. The person I talked to asked if he could help. I told him what happened. He said he couldn't explain it. So I asked for Chuck Oliver to call me. I was told he would call me back. I never receive a call back from anyone. By the way, Kalo Dodge told me they only charge $120 for similar oil changes. More

They are great but it’s frustrating when you make an appointment and others come in after you for the exact same service and they are finished way before you.
