I could not even get in the door to the dealership and Cynthia was already walking out to greet me. She was so down to earth and easy going. She was very up front and honest with me from the beginning and Cynthia was already walking out to greet me. She was so down to earth and easy going. After a drunk driver totaled that car so I went right back to the Cynthia a month later to do the process all over again. Between her, Dave and Jerome they got me completely squared away.
