Very disappointed in my service. I misinformed so many times. My service person was terrible. Went there for a battery problem. Was told I didn’t drive my car enough so they did not replace the battery . . For one I did drive my car for two we are in the COVID 19. The service person Joy was terrible she kept telling me Lies. Will not go back to Bmw service in Rockville. Also will give a review on yelp and Facebook. Poor service

D'Angelo was quick to respond to get my car in the shop. He also understood my frustration with my issue and had the car an additional day until they were able to identify and fix the problem.

Roxanne Roch was my salesperson and she was excellent. She went through all options with me and then the sales manager came in and formulated a 3 year lease for my great new car and the terms worked out just right for me. I couldn't recommend her higher. I had a previous BMW from this dealership and the Service Representative-D'Angelo Cates- has been excellent over the years. A real blessing and also a reason to continue.

I recently bought an older BMW, I needed to have the essential fluids changed and I wanted it done correctly without worry was the right fluids used. Called the senior advisor D' Angelo Cates if I could bring it in and drop it off, told me to bring it in, the fluids were changed and I was alerted to some serious but small items that needed attention PRONTO. BMW of Rockville, got the parts for a 23 year old car and was fixed in two days.
