Very friendly and efficient staff. Check in was fast. No waiting around when I picked up vehicle. Since it was an RV there were problems associated with that part of vehicle and they arranged appointment fo waiting around when I picked up vehicle. What a great experience. I was traveling in my Wayfarer built on a sprinter chassis. Started getting error messages and warning lights. Contacted D.Arcy Hines at the Baton Rouge MB service center at 2:30pm built on a sprinter chassis. Started getting error messages and warning lights. Contacted D.Arcy Hines at the Baton Rouge MB service center at 2:30pm on a Friday. Not only was he able to identify my problem over the phone but he was able to fit me into the schedule on early Saturday ensuring I could continue on my travels. Great job to all!! More
