I wanted to test drive a 2026 BMW M2 and saw that BMW of Loveland had one in stock. I left a message for the dealership early Saturday morning via the BMW web site and was contacted by Rocky later that m Loveland had one in stock. I left a message for the dealership early Saturday morning via the BMW web site and was contacted by Rocky later that morning. We set up a test drive for later that afternoon as I had some other errands to run in the morning. When I arrived at the dealership, Rocky was apologetic as they were running a bit behind, but that gave me plenty of time to sit in the M2, as it was in their showroom. Rocky checked on me several times until he was finally free, and we were able to take the test drive. When we returned, we discussed pricing and Rocky was great throughout negotiations. His management was cordial and we were quickly able to arrive at a price that was mutually acceptable. From there it was on to the finance department, and they were also a pleasure to deal with, and they never pushed any unnecessary extras or options as many dealers do. In the end, purchasing a new car was the last thing I thought I would be doing that day, but Rocky and BMW of Loveland made the entire process completely painless. When my car was ready a few days later, Rocky personally came to my home about ninety minutes away from the dealership to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to retrieve my new car. I can't speak highly enough of Rocky as a salesperson, and were I in the market for another BMW in the future I would certainly make BMW of Loveland my first stop. More

We’ve all dealt with the typical "bring the car in and wait for hours with no news" routine, but Francine completely flipped the script. Here’s why she’s the best: • Constant Updates: She stayed in touch the entire time. I never had to chase her down for a status report. • Total Attentiveness: She actually listened to my concerns and didn't try to rush me through the process. • Detailed Follow-up: Even after I picked up my car, she made sure everything was 100% to my satisfaction. At first a bit quiet, we walked around a bit and a gentlemen passing by greeted both my son and I and we told him we were their to see Alice and he knew exactly what we were talking about . He took the time to go and let her know we were there, she received us warmly and quickly. Overall we had a good experience, no haggle, no issues just really good service and Alice was truly caring and did a great job explaining everything to my son. More
