The staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, encouraging, polite and willing to help in any manner possible. We have just recently purchased our first Subaru so cannot testify about the service department yet since we haven't been to the service department for any oil changes or other items necessary. They did, however, make the vehicle we purchased look as close to brand new (without the New Car Smell) as possible. A full tank of gas, detailed inside and out and even helped to transfer our belongings from one vehicle to the other. The sales staff were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. More

New Car Purchase We stopped in unexpectedly on our way to Renton to look at some Subaru Outbacks. We got DJ as our salesperson and we had a great experience with him. We stopped in unexpectedly on our way to Renton to look at some Subaru Outbacks. We got DJ as our salesperson and we had a great experience with him. We ended up with a great deal price-wise with really no haggling, he took us on a lengthy test drive, and after the sale spent a lot of time with us in the car explaining features and even setting some of them, like the hands-free phone pairing, up for us before we left. The only part I really didn't like was having to go to a separate office/person to do the contract/financial part, and the pitch to sell extras during that part. No real pressure, there, either, though. Overall a good experience. More
