Very unpleasant, would never go back again . I arrived 10:30 am and wasn’t done till 1:30 pm , Promised time was about one hour, I stayed 3 hours! With no updates or any one can tell me anything! I went and asked customer service many times about that and I was told they can’t access my car status! terrible attitude from cio the service lady . At the end the bill came double and I was confused why?! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager wouldn’t come to explain it. I refused to pay the bill unless someone explain to me why I was over charged! It was such a hassle to get my bill fixed and cio the advisor was screaming at me( do you wanna it for free, how much you wanna pay? At the end I’m very disappointed with Toyota service. I thought they would be professional and pleasant but not happening! More
