We reached out to DJ, a manager for the location, and even though he was out of the state, he quickly responded to us and told us who we could make contact with once we arrived. In 2018 we dealt with DJ Garry and Ash Salih and now in 2020, we are still able to deal with the same great team members. This time Ash and his team, specifically Jefferey and Nick, were great! I really don’t think anyone enjoys buying a new car because the back and forth can be exhausting, but ultimately the process was pleasant with Ash’s team! We will be regular customers of theirs as long as the customer service stays amazing like it is now and we refer anyone and everyone to them. We travel from Jacksonville to Daytona, but the trip is worth the excellent customer service we receive! More

My experience with sales professional CJ Mallard was awesome. Everything after that was a horrible experience, especially the financing aspect. I was notified by the dealer 13 days after leaving the lot awesome. Everything after that was a horrible experience, especially the financing aspect. I was notified by the dealer 13 days after leaving the lot with a vehicle for my daughter our loan had been denied due to my daughters poor credit. The dealer knew this the day after we left with the vehicle and didn’t bother calling me for nearly two weeks. Working out the financial aspect feeling obligated to keep the vehicle my daughter wanted turned into a nightmare. I was hours away from returning this vehicle when it seemed to work out and my daughter would be able to keep the vehicle she had grown to love in those two weeks. The next day I reviewed the financing docs and found some discrepancies. I will now have to wait several weeks for nearly $2000 to be refunded that was added to my loan. Never again will I return to Daytona Toyota. More
