When it came to making a decision on who I would do business with I had it narrowed down to Bozard Ford and a dealer in Maine. I asked both dealers to give me their “best deal” for me to consider. The Maine dealer presented a reasonable deal but had some strings attached. Bozard through the sales team of Zach Gibbs and DJ Johnson were straightforward, with no gimmicks, and offered me a better arrangement. Every time I asked a question via text or email (I was in Maine) I got a prompt reply and all requests I made were responded to by a “sure, we can do that for you”. I picked up the truck on Monday and I continued to be impressed with DJ, Zach, and the service team. I felt well cared for and appreciated. Kudos to the person responsible for selecting employees. All I met were professional and friendly people. Sometimes after making a large purchase we may feel we “left something on the table”. I am happy with the purchase and have no second thoughts mainly because I know I made a relationship with a team that will support me throughout my journeys with my new truck. More
