He ran the numbers for my trade and gave me the out the door price and took a deposit mostly all done by email/text and/or phone call. The entire staff and the atmosphere is amazing and I found the environment so welcoming. Shane Louth in finance was also a blessing in my eyes. His insight and knowledge of what I was looking for was appreciated without the high pressure sales. I got everything I wanted and it was the quickest finance experience of my life. My rating of 5 stars is not so much of the dealership but for Gregg Steinberg who made this process easy and I did not feel pressured. The thought of walking into a dealership to look at cars gave me anxiet for Gregg Steinberg who made this process easy and I did not feel pressured. The thought of walking into a dealership to look at cars gave me anxiety. Gregg really knows Ford Explorers inside and out. I can afford a Porsche, Audi or other high end cars but Do not want the maintenance to go with them. I narrowed it down to the 4runner, pathfinder and Ford Explorer and once I drove the King Ranch I was SOLD. I even bought the extended maintenance plan which offers me comfort and a level of service beyond what I expected. GO SEE GREGG STEINBERG 904-347-3955 & Shane in Finance More
