Not sure where to begin, from beginning to end this has been a pain in the xxx. Firstly I had to push for checks to actually be conducted on my car which was frustrating. After pushing the team came back been a pain in the xxx. Firstly I had to push for checks to actually be conducted on my car which was frustrating. After pushing the team came back to me saying a code came up on the computer which clearly shows that they hadn’t conducted those checks and only after I pushed they finally connected the OBD and codes came up. I was then told they couldn’t resolve any of the issues from the trunk opening when driving and also the usb ports completely stopping working momentarily with Bluetooth. As I told them it doesn’t happen on remote and it’s an issue that keeps happening. I was then told my phone isn’t compatible which is totally false and I’ve checked with a friend of mine who also works for Toyota out of state and he confirmed my phone is not the issue and that this just seems like laziness. In total my car has now been there nearly a month. I then went to pick my vehicle up on March 6th and noticed scratches and dents that were NOT there when I dropped my vehicle off and the reaction I received from Jarret was absolutely atrocious and disrespectful. Maybe somewhere along the line in the company log book he might have missed the conduct towards customers part. I pointed out the first scratch on the door and then the dent on the other side along side the second and third scratch and second dent. I proceeded to say how I expect my vehicle to be returned in the same condition if not better and I was told that in “taking advantage” and I proceeded to state that I am not trying to be difficult and Jarret told me “you are being difficult” which I replied with “that’s not how you speak to a customer, I expect my vehicle to not be damaged” . This whole experience was terrible and it’s a complete contrast to the way it is when it comes to purchasing the car, everyone is nice and kisses xxx but this here is a slap in the face that says “we already have your money, screw you and your car” extremely disappointed. Dylan did a great job with me over the internet. He was with basicly with me the whole day as I searched many dealerships in a long process of finding my Tacoma. Not that he took long for me to fina He was with basicly with me the whole day as I searched many dealerships in a long process of finding my Tacoma. Not that he took long for me to finally get the price I was looking for. I was the one searching across 4 or 5 dealers to come to an agreement. Completely my fault for dragging him along. All the dealerships I dealt with in a full week of constantly searching for a Tacoma. Well let me tell you at least 6 dealerships would agree to meet my price only to get me there and add so much dealer mark-up that I would just get up from my chair and walk out in silence and go to the next dealer. There were a few handshakes also saying have a nice day. What a stressful ordeal. Had a dealership go so far as to tell me the salesperson that I talked to the night before my appointment has not worked there in at least a week instant red flag. Well I test drove vehicle and asked for the numbers that mattered to me. They came back with a outrageous price and I am trying to show them the email from the sales person that I talked to the night before. They were not having any of that. Saying we can not honor that quote. Ok but the number they came back with was $9000 more than my quote. Literally the markup was crazy and I let them know that and walked out. Sorry for the long review but my vehicle search was extremely stressful until I found Dylan I can not say enough of what it was to finally find a respectable dealership and salesperson that actually honored what was spoken. Thank you Al Hendrickson and everyone I had contact with at the dealership but thank you most of all DYLAN RICHARDSON for ending my torment. More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Al Hendrickson Toyota in Coconut Creek and once again the experience was amazing. I worked with Erik , Dylan and Jonathan. I truly appreciate the servi Hendrickson Toyota in Coconut Creek and once again the experience was amazing. I worked with Erik , Dylan and Jonathan. I truly appreciate the service he provided. I originally requested a quote by email and Eric sent me a very attractive offer that made me walk into the dealership. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process seamless, from reviewing the model I wanted to negotiating the price. He was a tough cookie in the best way, but still able to get me a really great deal. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and the customer service here is consistently the best, which is why this is now my second time buying a car at this location. I also have to mention something funny. Throughout my email communication I kept speaking with “Alina Perez,” and she was so fast and helpful that I was impressed. When I arrived and asked for her, they told me Alina was actually AI. I never would have guessed. It truly felt like I was talking to a real person. Overall, I had an excellent experience once again.
