My Recent Recall Service with Crown Honda Send my truck for a recall service. As usual, i always look for Daimara to help me with my vehicle. She always took care of me and explain in details Send my truck for a recall service. As usual, i always look for Daimara to help me with my vehicle. She always took care of me and explain in details of the service and give me estimates how long it will takes to complete the work. and always provides alternative if there anything related to my vehicles such as any additional works or if the service taking longer, etc. Highly recommended. Note: Suggestion...Crown Honda should take note of any recall services, especially the latest, new one, or potential issues that announced by Honda Service Announcement, or NHTSA etc. such as contact the existing Crown Honda customer and proactively contact, email..etc when the customer needs to bring their vehicle for service. More

NOT TRUSTWORTHY DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE! I purchased my car from this dealership and had issues since the day I bought it. My Last encounter with this dealer was serious engine issues due to I purchased my car from this dealership and had issues since the day I bought it. My Last encounter with this dealer was serious engine issues due to the TECH that did my oil change not putting oil back in it.( I was even told by an employee that this Tech has had over 25 comebacks for similar issues) When I brought my vehicle back to the dealership after hearing a loud clicking sound coming from the engine and finding out it had no oil for the last 3000+ miles. The Manager JOE was less then simithetic to say the least. He origanaly put me in a rental while the kept the car over night, so it could be cold started. But the next day once they heard the issue JOE had sent my car to BUICK GMC to have the repairs done. I had to have all the belts and timing chain replaced due to serious stress/damage done to them for not having oil. One JOE sent my car to the other dealer he said my rental car issue was not his anymore and I either had to pay for it out of pocket or not have a car.. I reminded him that this is due to his service tech not putting oil back in and told him that this was told to me by another mechanic. Joe then called me a liar an told me this is my problem not his. I have NEVER dealt with such a nasty UNprofesional man in my LIFE!. Ask any Real Mechanic what would happen to your car if you drove around for over 3000 miles with no oil in it. YES JOE this problem with my engine was cause by your TECHs mistake. Needless to say I paid for an oil change I never got, and Honda didnt take the responsibility for the the repairs needed on my car. DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE! More

The only down side is the wait time is alot longer then what you'd expect when you have an appointment. Other then that very clean place, free WiFi, and a kids section. More

Excellent customer service I took my car in for repairs and was pleasantly surprised at the lengths they went to accommodate me and my situation.
