Great customer service! Mara has been my service advisor since, just about, I purchased my 2013 CRV on Christmas eve of 2012. She has been very attentive ensuring that each Mara has been my service advisor since, just about, I purchased my 2013 CRV on Christmas eve of 2012. She has been very attentive ensuring that each aspect, including recalls, were addressed to ensure the safety of me and my family. My recent visit was a routine oil change. She also makes sure that the courtesy van drivers have my name on the list so that I can get to work on time. I appreciate customer service that demonstrates excellence and Mara does that and more. :) More
