At a seasoned age of 63, I have purchased many cars in my life that included non-bargain brands like Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, and Range Rover. Without hesitation I will tell you my purchase at Preston Superst life that included non-bargain brands like Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, and Range Rover. Without hesitation I will tell you my purchase at Preston Superstore was the BEST auto buying experience I have ever had, in my life. My sales executive, Dakota, exhibited a complete mastery of his product line, exemplary professionalism, a very positive can-do attitude, and he exceeded my every expectation in helping me meet my objective with zero compromise on my part. And the person I usually dread dealing with, the finance guy Chris, was every bit as positive, pleasant and efficient as Dakota. While I didn't finance the vehicle, it's never fun parting with your hard earned cash, but Chris actually made it fun to write that check...unprecedented. Hat's off also to the crew that prepped the Explorer for delivery...in the middle of a mini-blizzard...they made the thing shine and it was spotless inside as well in spite of the snow and slush that was trudged into the car during the process of working the deal. I could go on, but hopefully you get the point. This place is a real class act, and a true gem hidden out in rural Ohio. Worth the drive in every regard, so if you are in the market for a Ford, you'd be foolish not to roll to Preston. They will definitely make it worth your while. More
