Quick sale, went fine. Noticed truck pulls to right after getting it home. Lithia check wheel alignment. Truck still pulls to the right. Been getting poor communication and the run-around ever since. Now, for some reason, I’ve been sent to Lithia in Springfield to remedy the problem. Still have a truck that pulls to the right (dangerously on the highway) and now Lithia Eugene is having me deal with Lithia Springfield. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Poor experience, would not recommend. More
