He went above and beyond to make sure I thoroughly understood the pros and cons of all the MB vehicles I was considering. Since I was an out of state buyer, he sent pictures and videos of my vehicle. The dealership even lowered the price to be comparable to another vehicle of the same make, model, and specs at another dealership.
