He was knowledgeable about the brand and very honest about the functions of the car and the price. Unfortunately in the first week, I experienced a malfunction with the car. When I brought the car to the dealership, the General Manager George took responsibility to solve the issue and comfort me. Dale also immediately acted and took the car to the service department. Miguel worked on the car and figured out the problem within a couple of hours. He communicated with me updates until the car was fixed. I want to thank them all for their great service. More

I was specifically in the market for a CPO E 350 and has visited several dealers in the state of NJ. Part of my attraction to Princeton MB was their exceptional client service. My salesman, Dale Cooke was amazing. He made buying a car absolutely exciting and a wonderful experience. That meant an awful lot to my wife and I. In fact after seeing multiple dealers we were resolute that we would only buy a car from Dale. His understanding of the product was stellar, his excitement over the product was infectious but most importantly his commitment to customer service sealed the deal. I will buy all future cars from Dale and I will send referrals to Dale whenever I can. On pickup day we spent a great amount of time with Robert Lisi. Robert was exceptional, He demystified all of the amazing technology that the car offers and showed us everything with great enthusiasm. Like Dale, even after years on the job it is clear they love the Product and they love their work.
