From the manager I spoke to, to the salesman, to the finance employee, everyone was respectful, patient, kind, attentive to detail and making sure WE understood our purchase. I personally have worked with Dale in the past (so I am rating him now because I ask for him anytime I return to browse) but he wasn't available during this visit,so we were paired with another sales rep that was very kind as well. I didnt do the shopping personally but accompanied my grandmother who is not comfortable making these decisions alone. I am 74 years old and this was my first experience buying a car on my own. All the staff at W & L made the process very easy for me.
